Job Description
The Global Digital Marketing & eCommerce team for Premium, Midscale & Economy is a commercially driven team delivering web direct revenue at a controlled cost. We are a team of digital channel & ecommerce project experts leading the web direct commercial strategy & supporting regional eCommerce teams, overseeing overall commercial web direct performance; leveraging all digital channels, digital partnerships and tools to maximise topline revenue in the most cost effective way. We are servicing, supporting and enabling all the brands and our loyalty programme, ensuring a full funnel approach in all our campaign activation through paid and owned channels
Team : Global Digital Marketing Premium, Midscale & Economy: Data & Analysis Department
Within the Premium, Midscale & Economy Digital Marketing &eCommerce team, in the Data & Analysis department, the Performance Monitoring Manager reports to the Director of Data & Analysis . The team will be accountable and responsible for in-depth eCommerce & Digital Marketing performance analysis to support business performance and ensure Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands profitability.
They will be part of a team of 4.
Main responsabilities :
Create and execute a strong performance monitoring strategy and framework to report to the wider business
Monitor web direct performance for Premium, Midscale & Economy across georgraphies both from a destination and point of sale perspective
Define KPIs, target ROI and ensure the eCommerce community is aligned
Analyze the performance of all digital levers and their contribution with a deep dive on top markets and brands
Provide a holistic view of our topline web direct performance and key underlying drivers, and align with channel expert in the Digital Marketing & eCommerce team
Prepare Business Performance Review Meetings and support regions in identifying gaps and opportunities
Work alongside the Premium, Midscale & Economy Business Performance team and the Customer Engagement & eCommerce team to gather actionable insight, develop dashboard and ensure data quality
Provide competitor insights & benchmark to inform on our web direct performance
Work with management to share improvement ideas, plans, feedback, and results
Contribute to disseminate a data-driven culture within the company and promote a test & learn approach

Qualifications
Excellent translator of data into insight, degree in a digital marketing data analysis discipline
Expertise with BI tools and knowledge of programming desirable
You must have prior experience in similar roles and have experience and success in building effective multi-channel monitoring strategies
5 to 10 years (international) work experience preferably with experience in the travel industry
Business acumen, ability to make clear recommendations
Experience working in a matrix environment; showcasing collaborative working method
Proactive, result driven in fast paced environment
Excellent communication & networking skills
Fluent in English + ideally other EU language
